Return Conditions
We are committed to offering you a quality product. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your package.
Mandatory Condition: Unopened Product
Returns and refunds are only accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging, sealed, intact and unopened.
Poutoulou Ankoro comes in a sealed sachet. Due to the nature of the product (a plant powder for external use, unsealed after delivery), any sachet that has been opened, even partially, cannot under any circumstances be returned or refunded, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
Any returned sachet that is open or visibly used will be refused and sent back to the sender at their expense.
Return Procedure
- Contact us at contact@poutoulou.fr before any return, stating your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will confirm by email whether your return is eligible.
- Return the product in its original sealed packaging to the address provided, at your expense.
- Once the product has been received and checked, we will issue your refund within 14 days using the same payment method.
No package returned without prior approval will be accepted.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Any sachet that is open, used or partially used
- Any product whose original packaging has been altered or damaged
- Any return made after the legal 14-day period
- Any return without prior approval by email
Refund
The refund covers the price of the product. The initial shipping costs and the return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.
Defective Product or Order Error
If you received a defective product or an error on our part, contact us at contact@poutoulou.fr within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.
