How to Use Poutoulou Ankoro

Poutoulou Ankoro is a bark powder for external use only: never swallow it. Applying it is simple, but it takes some planning: allow 1.5 to 2 hours before sex, the time the bark needs to work.

Step 1: The Dose, Start Small

For your first use, take a small pinch, about what you can hold between your index finger and thumb (0.3 to 0.5 g). This is deliberately minimal. The optimal dose varies with your physiology and is found through practice. Too strong a dose can cause excessive numbness: it is better to start with too little and adjust. Before your very first use, test the paste on a small area of skin (the inside of your wrist, for example) and wait 24 hours.

Step 2: Prepare the Paste

This is the most important step. The Poutoulou mechanism relies on the gradual absorption of tannins through the skin: this takes time. A mild tingling sensation usually appears around 30 minutes; then leave on for another 1 to 1.5 hours, for a total of 1.5 to 2 hours.

This tingling or slight feeling of warmth is normal: it is a sign that the active components of the bark are working. If the sensation turns into strong burning or pain, rinse immediately and reduce the dose next time.

Step 5: Rinse Thoroughly Before Sex

Before any sex, rinse the glans thoroughly with warm water. This rinse is mandatory: it removes surface residue and prevents any transfer to your partner. The components already absorbed remain active after rinsing. Dry off, and you are ready. You can put on the condom for sex only after rinsing: any condom used to cover the paste during the application time (step 3) must be thrown away when you rinse.
