Return Conditions

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, provided the product is in its original packaging, sealed, intact and unopened. Any sachet that has been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). Contact us before any return: contact@poutoulou.fr
