Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all sales made through the poutoulou.fr website. The site is operated by the Bakoya brand, hereinafter referred to as "the Seller". Any order placed on the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
2. Products
The Seller sells Poutoulou Ankoro, an African bark powder from Ankoro for external topical use. This product is a natural plant-based product. It is not a medicine and cannot replace medical advice or treatment.
The effects of the product vary from person to person. No guarantee of results can be given. Descriptions are provided for information purposes, based on the known properties of the bark and user feedback. They do not constitute a medical or therapeutic promise.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The applicable prices are those in effect when the order is confirmed. Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
4. Orders and Payment
An order is final once payment has been confirmed. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for a legitimate reason (previous dispute, suspected fraud, abnormal order).
5. Shipping
Delivery times and methods are detailed on the Shipping & Delivery page. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to events beyond its control.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Mandatory condition: returns and any refund only apply if the product is returned in its original packaging, intact, unopened and unused. Poutoulou Ankoro comes in a sealed sachet. Any sachet that has been opened, even partially, is considered a consumed product and cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (products unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us first by email at contact@poutoulou.fr before any return. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. No package returned without prior approval will be accepted or refunded.
7. Liability
The Seller declines all liability in the event of use that does not follow the supplied instructions, an allergy or skin reaction not reported before purchase, self-medication or substitution for medical treatment, variable individual results related to the user's physiology, or use by a minor.
8. Applicable Law
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, mediation may be considered. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of ordinary jurisdiction.
